Dear Patients, 

As the mandatory stay-at-home order comes to an end, our team is diligently preparing to see patients in our office again soon. We are implementing new protocols to ensure the safety and health of our patients and team. Here are a few changes you can expect: 

• Confidentially screen and record temperature for COVID-19 symptoms before entering the premises.
• Paperless check-in
• Sanitation station provided upon entry
• Increased frequency of surface disinfecting 
• Pre-screening questions upon arrival
• Plexi-glass shields between staff and patient interactions
• Per new health and safety recommendations, we will require all patients to wear a mask and we limit the number of people in our reception area.
